We offer a variety of equipment for your training needs including all-new Hoist equipment and weight machines. We also have free-weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and medicine balls on-hand.

We offer private showers & changing rooms, lockers, high-end products, filtered water. Please inquire about personal training.
Pricing
We have a recurring membership fee of $90/month, plus tax. Personal trainers work independently and are not included with your membership.

Regardless of your experience level, our personal trainers can help you establish personalized fitness and workout routines to help you achieve targeted results. We offer naprapathic care with Dr. Peter Campos including drug-free pain relief and treatment for many injuries. We also offer therapeutic massage, assisted stretch, sports medicine, personal injury care and more.
